Our Commitment to You

Once your feedback lands in our inbox, we aim to acknowledge it within 72 hours. It initially goes to our senior management team, followed by a rigorous review by our Clinical Governance Committee, and finally gets reported to our board.

How We Use Your Feedback

1. Content Enhancement: Your feedback helps us sharpen the accuracy and relevance of our resources.

2. Topic Suggestion: Your questions and comments can inspire new subjects for us to explore, ensuring we're covering the health concerns that matter most to you.

3. Quality Assurance: If you flag it, we investigate it. Our Clinical Governance Committee conducts ongoing reviews, especially when new medical information emerges.

Feedback's Lasting Impact

When you voice your thoughts, you become an integral part of a progressive cycle of improvement. Your insights feed into our clinical governance and ultimately influence the board's decisions about future projects and updates.
